2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to respondents to pay the retrial benefit to the petitioner and further issued direction to respondent to pay the retrial benefits including all admitted due with compound interest per annum alongwith litigation cost till date of realization the said amount and further give other relief for which petitioner may be found entitled in the eye of law."

In view of the authorities having passed a substantive order of punishment against the petitioner, copy of which has been brought on record in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 4, as the same has given rise to a separate cause of action, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order, in accordance with law, before the appropriate forum.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
