2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 235 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 498(A), 307, 326, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16015 of 2024 vide order dated 25.04.2024.

4. Considering all these aspects of the case and previous rejection order, there is no any fresh ground to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47241 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
