2. In terms of order dated 25.06.2019, a cheque by the Government of India in the name of petitioner no. 2 (Smt. Pawan

Patna High Court MJC No.1439 of 2016 dt.15-07-2019 2/2 Devi) for Rs. 3,57,135/- has been produced and handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. In view of such development, the order of the Court dated 27.11.2009 passed in CWJC No. 13645 of 2000 as well as the order dated 04.07.2012 passed in MJC No. 5456 of 2011, stand complied with.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

5. It has been clarified by learned counsel for the Union of India that the cheques are encashable by any Nationalized Bank as Accounts Payee cheques.
