JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-01-2025 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.3.2024, passed in CWJC No. 3912 of 2024, as modified vide order dated 29.3.2024, all the relevant documents available with the opposite parties have already been made available to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case, the opposite parties have not furnished such documents, which have though been demanded by the petitioner but have not been given to the petitioner on the ground that the same are not available, the petitioner is entitled to draw adverse inference, hence, in such view of the matter, the
