2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nowahatta P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have abducted the minor daughter of the informant with an intention to marry her.
4. From the statement of the victim girl recorded before the Police, it appears that she had run away on her own. The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned (Special) A.D.J.
