====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 412, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search one Katta and two live cartridges were recovered. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2020.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional
