JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 27.4.2010 passed by the learned CJM, Biharsharif in connection with Case No.22C3F of 2008 whereby the cognizance has been for the offence under Sections 5, 7,9 and 10 of Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990 and the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this case has been filed for quashing of order dated 27.4.2010 and the petitioner is not aware about the present position of the case, as such he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the trial court on an appropriate stage.

In view of the order of this Court, vide order dated 21.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50454 of 2012, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise his points at an appropriate stage. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) chn/- U T
