The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.03.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was the member of the unlawful assembly and there is no overt act alleged against this petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
