JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For quashing of the order dated 08.04.2023 passed in Anganbari Appeal No. 35 of 2019 (Mamta Kumari Vs. Shanti Kumari and others) passed and issued by the Collector- cum- District Magistrate Madhepura whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been declared ineligible and order dated 11.10.2019 passed by the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.7306 of 2023(4) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 Programme officer, Madhepura has been cancelled and further the CDPO, Ghailad has been directed to issue appointment letter to the Respondent No. 7.

(ii). For stay of the operation of the order dated 08.04.2023 passed by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate Madhepura, passed in Anganbari Appeal Case No. 35 of 2019 (Annexure-10) during pendency of the instant writ application. (iii). For a direction to the respondents not to disturb the petitioner in discharging her duties of Anganbari sevika at Additional Anganbari center ward no. 6 under Gram Panchayat Sri Nagar, Block Ghailad, District Madhepura during pendency of the writ application."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
