2. It transpires from the record that vide order dated 24.10.2024, the matter was adjourned to 09.12.2024 on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner. However, on 09.12.2024, when the matter was called out, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Subsequently, on 16.06.2025 also, despite repeated calls, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In the aforesaid background, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this matter.
