The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 83 of 2013 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The matter relates to section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. The consumer has not made complaint against the petitioner about non-supply of articles. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54219 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S.
