The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "That this is an application on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of writ/writs in the nature of mandamus for a direction to the respondent authorities to appoint him on compassionate ground whose father was posted as peon in the office of the respondent No. 4 and died on 17.10.2007 during his service period living behind his Six Sons and two married daughters, after which his elder sons (petitioner) applied in prescribed from on 27.11.2009 for Compassionate appointment in absence of Bread earner, but his appointment in not being made only on the ground that Service of his father has not been Confirmed and it will be Considered after confirmation of

Patna High Court CWJC No.13984 of 2013(5) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 his service who rendered his service for more than 28 years and died and his one of the son also died after his death in absence of bread and medicine, though services of other, Similar employees has been confirmed in view of order of this Hon'ble Court and for any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner in illegally entitled too."

3. Considering the statement made in Para-7, 8 & 9 of the supplementary counter affidavit, the respondents are directed to communicate their decision to the petitioner, if already not communicated to him and he has not been taken into service.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
