The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. There is recovery of 164.250 litres of Indian made Foreign Liquor from a bus. The petitioner is owner of the alleged seized bus.

Considering the fact that petitioner is owner of the seized bus from where huge quantity of Indian made Foreign Liquor was recovered, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31223 of 2022(2) dt.16-09-2022 2/2 to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
