JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08/ 30-09-2015 The petitioner being the husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 235 of 2014 arising out of Jokihat P.S. Case No. 302 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 120B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.04.2013.

The report of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Araria dated 22.09.2015 reflects that all the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18499 of 2014 (08) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined except the I.O. It is expected from the S.P., Araria to get I.O. produced on the next date fixed in the trial. Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.

It is expected from the learned trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
