This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite parties No. 2 to 7 by the court below vide order dated 24.12.2018 passed in A.B.P. No. 3540 of 2018.

Section 439(2) Cr. P.C. empowers that court of Sessions may direct any person who has been released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33870 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 under this Chapter be arrested and commit him to custody. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this stage.
