JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2023 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. However, till date the arrears of promotion as well as arrears of salary of the period has not been paid to him.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1581 of 2016(7) dt.09-02-2023 2/2 Considering the nature of grievance, writ petition is disposed of with a direction of the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Special Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 3).

If such representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of, in accordance with law, by reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

It goes without saying that if claim of the petitioner finds favour, the entire payment should be made within a period of six months thereafter.
