The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief :- "That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent- Staff Selection Commission to consider the Certificate of Non Creamy Layer submitted by petitioners and accordingly place them in the merit list panel prepared for appointment on the post of Agriculture Coordinator and further for relief flowing from such placement in the panel."

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that with the subsequent developments that have taken place during pendency of the instant application, the matter has become infructuous and as such he seeks permission to withdraw this application.
3. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
