JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mushari P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of IPC. Allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be the father-in-law and mother-in-law and they have killed the deceased for demand of dowry and also subjecting her to cruelty.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that some of the witnesses have stated that deceased, i.e. daughter-in-law of the petitioner no.1 who was the quarrelsome lady and there was quarrel between her and her Gotini, due to

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.VI-cum-Sub-Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Mushari P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
