2. The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 07.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76786 of 2018 granting four week's time to surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned trial Court in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018, by extending the time by a further period of two weeks, on the ground that there was delay in communication of the said order to the learned Court below.

3. In this view of the matter, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 07.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76786 of 2018 is extended by two weeks from today.
