The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Katihar Town P.S. Case No.10 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The informant got secret inputs that one person was illegally selling liquor under the over bridge and the informant went to verify the inputs and arrested one Suresh Yadav from whose possession two bottles each containing 180 ml Indian made foreign liquor were recovered. Suresh Yadav is said to have disclosed that the petitioner also used to illegally sell liquor at the instance of Deepak Jaiswal. The petitioner was neither apprehended nor he was seen to sell liquor and mere on the statement of co-accused, the name of petitioner surfaced in the case.

No.33117 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Katihar in connection with Katihar Town P.S.
