Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 240 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Both sides have sustained injuries. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
