JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06/ 10-10-2018 The petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2009 (Sessions Trial No. 110 of 2012) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bhojpur at Ara. The prosecution case is that on instigation of Jawhir and Ram Ayodhya, the petitioner caused firearm injury to Sheo Mandal Singh, who succumbed to the injury. Though, the petitioner has been languishing in custody since 13.02.2012 but it is submitted by learned APP and the learned counsel for the informant that the trial is on the argument stage and it is likely to be concluded very soon.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48969 of 2015 (6) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Considering the advance stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to revise the earlier order. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
