The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.1067 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No specific allegation is against the petitioner rather specific allegation is against co-accused Ashwani Kumar. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of
