1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for quashing the order, dated 25.04.2016, passed in Appeal No. 07 of 2016 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nawada, by which the petitioner has been terminated from the post of Panchayat Teacher with immediate effect.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has directly

Patna High Court CWJC No.10379 of 2016(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 approached this Court without approaching the State Teachers Appellate Authority, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Teachers Appellate Authority, for redressal of his grievance.

4. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the State Teachers Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
