The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 341, 342, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is no explanation for the delay of two days in instituting the FIR and that prior to the institution of the instant FIR the petitioner had already instituted Bithan P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 against Laxmi Yadav, the informant of the present case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
