JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents concerned to immediately remove the encroachment made over the road as due to encroachment the ingress and egress of the petitioner is being disturbed, inasmuch as an order for removal of encroachment has already been passed by the competent court but in spite of that till date the same has not been removed."

Patna High Court CWJC No.2193 of 2017(3) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
