Patna High Court MJC No.1644 of 2015 (4) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 the show cause filed on behalf of the Magadh University to demonstrate that payments have already been made to the petitioners.
Mr. Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners, however, submits that there are certain discrepancies in the calculation made by the University and the petitioners are willing to represent against the discrepancies in the matter of calculation before the Registrar of the University within 30 days from today. If that is so, the petitioners may bring it to the notice of the Registrar of the University within a period of 30 days from today which will be considered and disposed off within next 30 days.
