JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction especially, in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent authorities to comply with the order dated 17.01.2015, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna whereby and whereunder direction has been given to the Executive Magistrate, Barh, Patna to send second copy of 'No Objection Certificate' of Roll Nos.6018 and 6019 dated 3.09.2003, issued by the Court of Executive Magistrate, Barh, Patna along with the registration register.
(ii) For further directing the Anchal Adhikari/Circle Officer, Pandarak, Patna to send the original record of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1918 of 2017(3) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 genealogy issued by the Circle Officer vide letter no.18." 2.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute his case before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna where the proceedings of Barh P.S. Case No.72 of 2008 is pending consideration. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
