The petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 204 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that one Prakash Yadav was arrested by the Police. He disclosed the name of petitioner. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody in the instant case since 5.6.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing
