2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for challenging the merit list (annexure-2), minutes of meeting and engagement letter of respondent No.5 dated 10.12.2014 as Anganwari Sevika.

3. Learned Counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has directly moved before this Court without availing the remedy available for challenging the appointment of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaika under the relevant guidelines before Appropriate Authority. As

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ application is hereby disposed off directing the petitioner to avail his statutory remedy before the Appropriate Authority under the relevant guidelines for appointment of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaika within 60 days from today, if cause of action shall survive.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
