This petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party no.2 by order dated 17.7.18 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 41048 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that present petitioner is not the informant of the First Information Report. It is further submitted that on complaint made on behalf of the present petitioner enquiry was conducted by higher officials for forgery committed by the bail petitioner including that of Mukhiya which was found to be correct and thereafter written report was filed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52099 of 2018(2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 This Court, after looking into the order dated 17.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 41048 of 2018 finds that bail has been granted to the opposite party no.2 on merit by speaking order. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the petition.
