The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation in the FIR, the niece of the informant was taken away by the son of the petitioner. As per the submission on behalf of the petitioner, there was an affair between the son of the petitioner and niece of the informant. The petitioner is an old lady and is in custody since 28.02.2019 and has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the son of the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 05.08.2019 passed in Cri.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018.
