The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 287(c) of 2011 registered under Section 406/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that both the parties have compromised the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
