JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have remedy by way of appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority and without availing that remedy petitioners have approached this Court. He submits that the petitioners may be granted liberty to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority so that their grievance may be appropriately decided by the Appellate Authority. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. In the event such appeal is filed within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order, the Appellate Authority shall condone the delay and decide the appeal on merit.
