2. Learned counsel for the Bihar State Handloom Weavers Cooperative Union Ltd. submits that the petitioner has moved against the order of vacation of his suspension from his post. Counsel further submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, a termination order has already been passed against the petitioner. The said termination order has been challenged before this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 611 of 2018, which was finally disposed of on 15.01.2018. A

Patna High Court CWJC No.11065 of 2016(4) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 photocopy of the same has been placed before this Court by the counsel for the Bihar State Handloom Weavers Cooperative Union Ltd.

3. In light of the submissions made above, it transpires to this Court that the present matter has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
