The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged land dispute. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
