The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 36 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act pending in the Court of A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitmarhi. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that the illicit liquor was recovered beneath the staircase of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31084 of 2020(2) dt.08-03-2021 2/2 petitioners' house. Hence, this is not a fit case for bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
