Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Special Case No. 9754 of 2018 arising out of Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 370 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from a hut on the side of the road. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 9754 of 2018 arising out of Khajekalan P.S.
