Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.822 of 2020 for offences under Sections 498A, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant and there is general and omnibus allegation against them, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.42967 of 2021(3) dt.31-01-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within ten weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10.000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No.822 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
