JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-11-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 471 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2019. It is alleged that from his possession, stolen motorcycle (Pulsar) and one country made pistol with one fired cartridge was recovered. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner since 21.12.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on
