JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the official respondents to remove the encroachment made by the Respondent Nos.5 to 6 as per the findings recorded by the Circle Officer, Bihiya, Bhojpur.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the respondent to settle the land falling in Khata No.248, Khesra No.1346 in

Patna High Court CWJC No.7763 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 terms of their own decision taken by the competent authority in this regard."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bihia, Bhojpur at Ara.

3. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
