2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagalpur GRPS P.S. Case No. 195 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 304(2), 62 and 115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to high-handedness of the police officials and the petitioner was not named in the FIR and no incriminating article has been recovered either from his conscious possession or from his house. Learned counsel further submits that during investigation, CCTV footage was collected, however, nothing incriminating surfaced against the petitioner. It is further

No.32148 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 submitted that the petitioner was merely a passenger in the train and due to panic and commotion he also fled away from the place of occurrence and no specific overt act has been attributed to the petitioner and even the case diary does not disclose any specific role against him. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2025 and charge-sheet has already been submitted and he has one antecedent in which he is on bail.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the statements made in the petition as well as above submissions, coupled with petitioner's young age, his custody period and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Bhagalpur GRPS P.S.
