The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Arwal (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no truth behind the allegation that petitioner subjected the informant to cruelty for non-fulfilment of dowry and the first information report has been instituted only because of matrimonial discord and incompatibility, in the event of arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55690 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
