2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379,407,411,413,414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Stolen articles like iron rod have been recovered from the hotel of which petitioner is registered owner. Petitioner has criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
