Patna High Court CWJC No.18190 of 2016(2) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 submitted that as per the policy of the Company, ex gratia amount of Rs.2,00,000/- has already been sanctioned and paid to the petitioner on 05.12.2016.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the aforesaid amount of compensation granted to the petitioner is meager, he be granted liberty to avail such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for seeking enhanced compensation. Liberty so sought is granted.
