Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Supaul (Lokha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Except suspicion, there is nothing against this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
