2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 329(3), 118(1), 125(a), 117(2), 303(2), 324(4), 109 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted informant and his father by means of sword. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
