2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(A) A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other writ/s, order/ directions for quashing the order dated 27.08.2013, passed in Consolidation Revision Case No. 60 of 2013, by learned Director. Consolidation, Bihar, Patna, i.e. Annexure 5 to the petition by which the Consolidation Revision, filed by the respondent no. 6, has been allowed ex parte,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4936 of 2015(3) dt.19-01-2026 2/3 holing that Cancellation Deed dated 27.02.2013 is not binding upon the respondent no. 6 under law and the title is with her and she is entitled to be recorded in the Chak Khatian with respect to disputed land and directing the Consolidation Officer, Lalganj to make correction accordingly. (B) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/s, orders/s, direction/s for the followings:- (i) To stay the operation of order dated 27.08.2013, passed in Consolidation Revision Case No. 60 of 2013. by Director. Consolidation, Bihar, Patna, till the final disposal of the present writ petition.

(ii) To drop the proceeding of Mutation Case No. 2234/ 2014-15. initiated and pending before the Court of Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur. in the light of order dated 27. 08. 2013, passed in Consolidation Revision Case No.60 of 2013, by Director. Consolidation, Bihar, Patna, (iii) To hold that the order under challenge is honest in the eye of law.

3. A counter-affidavit has come on behalf of the Staterespondents duly served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that they shall be approaching the appropriate authority/Court for the redressal of the grievance.

5. The respondents have no objection to it.
