The petitioners are accused in connection with Madhoura (Gaura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 553 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity.
