Mr. Sri Surendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 12-10-2018 A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner which is kept on record.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.6. 2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 28624 of 2018 , by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain condition in connection with Vigilance P. S. case no. 48 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, 1st,Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is ready to make payment of the amount as per order passed by this Court dated 27.6. 2018 in installments. He has enclosed the Annexure-4 series with supplementary affidavit

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60079 of 2018(3) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 which shows the amount of installment fixed by the Programme Officer, Dinara to be paid by this petitioner in five installments. The Court below will accept the payment as per Annexure-4 series to the supplementary affidavit in terms of the order dated 27.6.2018.

In view of such, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on anticipatory bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 27.6.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 28624 of 2018.
